The HaloHeaven.com Banner Exchange has a display ratio of 1:1, it is truly the best service of its kind. This means for every members banner you display on your site, your banner then gets displayed once on a members site. We are offering 5,000 free impressions when you sign-up for a limited time. The pages must not contain any obscene or offensive graphics or words. If your pages can not or do not follow these rules, please do not bother going any further. Failure to follow these rules will force us to remove you from the HaloHeaven Banner Exchange. This is one of the best ways to get free traffic to your site. This targeted exchange will make sure people interested in your product or service will see your ad.

There are a few things you need to know before you get started.

DOES MY SITE QUALIFY FOR THE HALOHEAVEN BANNER EXCHANGE? If your site could be included in one of our link pages on the top right hand side of the screen you probably qualify for the Haloheaven.com banner exchange.

Here's a short list of the types of sites that may qualify for the exchange. The Majority of your site must sell products or be informational in these categories. Weddings, party store supplies, party planning, carnival booth suppliers, church/school fundraisers, dollar store supplier, craft fairs, festivals, costumes, toys, etc. If you sell items in direct competition with the products we sell you are out of luck. Websites in the Lycos Network (Angelfire, Gamesville. htmlGEAR, HotBot, HotWired, Matchmaker, Sonique, Tripod, Wired News, Webmonkey, WhoWhere) are not elgible to participate in the exchange. Why: Free hosts like Tripod don't allow images to be served to other sites because they (Tripod) don't have the chance to advertise and since this uses up their server resources and their bandwidth, they say no, can't do it. Other hosts may be added to this list at any time.

All submitted banners must be 468 pixels wide by 60 pixels high and no more that 10 KB. Animated Gifs are OK as long as they are no more than 10 KB. Your banner must reside on your server.

You will need to know the URL path to your site and banner.

Signing up does not automatically enter your site in the exchange. Your information is sent to the webmaster who reviews your info and approves or disapproves your submission. Please give him a couple of days to finish the job.

Please read all the instructions carefully. It should just be a cut and paste job but it gets a little more complicated if you plan to run banners on more than one page.

You must not alter the banner exchange code in anyway. Anyone caught changing the code, burying the code where no one can find it, putting the code on a page that automatically refreshes(inflating hit counts in anyway), will be banned from the exchange.
